Rent the Room (“The Legacy Room”)
Our Woodlands “Legacy Room” offers privacy, rustic charm, and technical savviness for your next professional or personal event. Outfitted with high-tech equipment, such as a 75-inch high-definition television, videotelephony sophistication (for Zoom Meetings), and robust sound, the Legacy Room provides you the tools you need to conduct a successful meeting, presentation, or intimate occasion! The Legacy Room is filled with rich, Tuscan aesthetics such as textured Adobe walls with exposed brick, vintage windows with amber-seeded glass, the artistic masterpiece of one of our favorite artists from Bulgaria, a custom-made red Murano glass chandelier from an artisan in Israel, lighted willow branches, and a reclaimed wooden barn door with our laser-engraved Woodlands logo! It is complete with a custom-made barn wood farmhouse table and chairs that comfortably seats 14 people and was created by one of our brilliant local furniture artisans, Georgia Artisan.

Rental Requirements and Catering
- Rental requirement is a 2-hour minimum. (*Rental hours and requests are subject to approval.)
- Rental pricing is as follows:
- Monday – Thursday (During Business Hours) $100 for the 1st hour and $50 for each additional hour.
- Monday – Thursday (Drive-Thru Hours between 4PM – 7PM) $150 for the 1st hour and $75 for each additional hour.
- Monday – Thursday (After Hours) $200 for the 1st hour and $100 each additional hour.
- Friday – Sunday (During Business Hours) $200 for the 1st hour and $100 for each additional hour.
- Friday – Sunday (After Hours) $300 for the 1st hour and $150 for each additional hour.
- Comfortably seats 14 people (but can accommodate about 20 people).
- We are eager to provide your business constituents and/or private guests with custom culinary and hand-crafted beverage options, or you can choose from our in-house catering menu! (*No outside food, please – except cakes.) Our incredibly talented Executive Chef is Culinary and Pastry Trained and can create anything you desire!
Rent the Roof (Our Extraordinary Rooftop Venue)
Our Rooftop Venue is one of our favorite places! It is chock-full of rustic charm and aesthetics as you embrace a higher elevation of the lights and sounds of the city! It is outfitted with dark walnut columns and tongue & groove ceiling, motorized solar/weather shades for full space enclosure (should that be desired), Ventico ceiling heating and cooling systems (for atmospheric control), walnut propeller ceiling fans, Tuscan floor pavers, Edison string lights, and a private Travertine bathroom with a floating granite sink! It is complete with custom-made teak wood tables and vintage metal chairs with teak wood seats and was designed by our favorite local furniture artisan, Georgia Artisan. A 85-inch television with robust sound sprawls the back wall. Our 12-seat bar top is uniquely created out of concrete but has the appearance of aged wood and is equipped with electrical/USB outlets. Our extraordinarily distinctive Rooftop Venue comfortably seats 50 people.

Rent the Pit (The Fire Pit)
Our Fire Pit is a fan favorite for the outdoor enthusiast! With 2.5 acres of space to enjoy, this rustic slice of Tuscany is nestled behind Woodlands and is outfitted with warm aesthetics such as our 8-foot diameter gas fire pit surrounded with 12 Adirondack chairs, flagstone pavers, cedar columns, 4 giant and stunning flower boxes, robust sound equipment, and a canopy of Edison string lights! Woodlands has a massive grill and can tantalize you with our smoked or grilled ribs, steak, brisket, chicken, pig, or you name it! You can sprawl out across the acres of landscape and be carefree in the outdoors! Bring your furry family (we mean pets!), sit, relax, run, play, eat, and make memories.

Go big, or go home!! You can rent the WHOLE ENCHILADA! Woodlands is our dream-child and is PACKED with significant nuances from crevice to crevice. Our house is not just a restaurant establishment; it is an “experience!” Out motto is, “Everyone leaves better than they came…” Woodlands’ interior is meticulously outfitted with warm, rich, Tuscan aesthetics such as textured Adobe walls with exposed brick, 2 airy roll-up garage doors, 2 “stages” for live music, large storefront windows for the essence of natural lighting, dark walnut shiplap housed with vintage amber-seeded glass windows, groovy reclaimed wooden shiplap counters with concrete countertops (that have the appearance of aged wood), stained concrete floors, vibrant & textured paintings from of one of our favorite artists from Bulgaria, custom-made and Tuscan-inspired Murano glass chandeliers and pendants from an artisan in Israel, doubled-sided stacked stone fire place, custom-made barn wood tables and chairs designed by our favorite local artisan (Georgia Artisan), travertine bathrooms with granite vanities and ambient halo-lit mirrors, and [as always] robust sound equipment enhancing the vibe! And, of course, “Popeye,” our coffee roaster! He’s the star of the show!)
Woodlands’ inviting exterior welcomes you with warm, charming, Tuscan aesthetics from sacked stucco walls, painted brick, beefy dark walnut trim, double-sided stacked stone fireplace, vibrant and stunning landscaping, and spacious patio seating. If you Rent the House, you get it ALL – The Main Dining room (seats approximately 50), The Rooftop Venue (seats 50), The Legacy Room (seats 14), The Fire Pit (seats 12 with acres of green space for folks to bring their own chairs), and The Patio (seats 32)!

Meet Popeye,
Our Coffee Roaster!
Popeye is the star of the show! He is the “little engine that could!” He resembles a choo-choo train and thrives on filling our house with the scrumptious aroma of roasted coffee! He will be performing at a maximum level of excellence as he roasts each coffee bean with meticulous attention to detail and lots of love! He takes his very job seriously. Since he is the house celebrity, you’ll want to get your picture taken with him and share it on social! He loves all of his adoring fans!
