Woodlands Coffee Roasters & Café exists because of a love story that began in Honduras in June 2014. Ten years after the Slade family was changed forever by a little boy with a twinkle in his eye at Orphanage Emmanuel in Guaimaca, Honduras, Woodlands opened its doors with the purpose of bringing "Esperanza," which is the Spanish word for HOPE, through the Orphanage Coffee Project at Orphanage Emmanuel. This single origin roast from Honduras is the foundational bean in all of our blends!
